Rey Felek
Director of Opportunities

I am a seasoned Primary Care Business/Practice Manager with
over a decade of experience in the GP healthcare sector. Having dedicated ten
years to collaborating with GP practices, predominantly in the South West and
more recently in central London, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Throughout my career, I have adeptly navigated the
intricacies of practice management, offering comprehensive support to GP
partnerships and practices. From overseeing day-to-day operations to
spearheading strategic growth initiatives and facilitating business mergers, I
have played a pivotal role in the success of a range of healthcare
organisations, ranging from small-scale to large multi-site practices.

My specific areas of interests are Human Resources, Finance,
and operational efficiency. I derive immense satisfaction from coaching and
mentoring new to practice, practice managers in their professional development
and ensuring they have the skills necessary to succeed. Moreover, I am deeply
committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory
compliance, particularly in areas such as CQC Compliance and staff training.

Currently, I work as a Interim Primary Care Practice Manager
Consultant alongside working at LPM to extend support to practices and locum
Practice Managers across the London Area. In my capacity as the Director of
Opportunities at LPM, I am entrusted with overseeing opportunities spanning
across England and Wales, working to identify and support growth prospects for
our network of locum healthcare professionals.

My approach is rooted in a profound understanding of the
evolving healthcare landscape coupled with a relentless drive to deliver
excellence patient care. Whether you're seeking strategic guidance, operational
support, or expert insights into practice management.

Bernard Genge
Director of Education

I have been in healthcare all my working life from joining
the Royal Navy as a young medic in 1977 to leaving my last employed work in
2001 to work freelance in L&D

providing corporate training and
development programmes in areas such as: Leadership, Management Development,
Interpersonal Skills including communication, team building, team leadership
etc. motivation, etc.

In 2007, to coincide with the publication of Bernard’s book

10 Actions to Transform Your Life

set up
a not-for-private-profit social enterprise training & development company
ProAction Development with a business partner. The business was set up as a
not-for-private profit social enterprise registered as a community interest
company so it could fulfil the director’s social aspirations helping the
homeless, ex-servicemen, the unemployed and those with mental health issues,
but this can only happen by being successful in its core work providing quality
training & development to the corporate world in the UK and Europe and the
public sector here in the UK.

ProAction Development became an ILM centre and Bernard has
delivered ILM level 3 leadership & management courses for the NHS and
private sector and has designed and delivered an ILM Level 3 in coaching for
NHS Trust in the South West. Their ILM accredited courses achieved over a 95%
success rate.

In 2020 during the pandemic I decided to go back to
freelance work:

Delivering face-to-face and online
master-classes on the subject of personal resilience.

Setting up, driving and delivering successful
organisational improvement projects that are structured and engage the
workforce behind change and developing a continuous improvement philosophy.

Learning and development projects – analysing,
designing, delivering and measuring the impact of impactful and motivational
programmes. Experienced with workshop based learning, blended learning, online
webinars and master-classes.

Mentoring/coaching key staff to think
differently, strive for excellence, focus on results and achieve ‘world-class’
performance.

Since working freelance most of Bernard’s work
has been: delivering training to doctors via Health Education England on
personal resilience, the relationship between emotional wellbeing and
physical/psychological health and organisational improvement techniques; during
the pandemic helping NHS staff build their personal resilience and managers
conduct effective trauma debriefing sessions with their staff.

In 2024 joined LPM to design and deliver an impactful
L&D plan.
