At Locum PM, we work with GP practices across the primary-care sector to provide experienced, reliable management support when it is needed most. To do that well, we are always keen to hear from skilled freelance practice professionals who want flexible, rewarding locum work.

Whether you are an experienced Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, Operations Manager, or bring specialist primary care expertise, we would love to connect.

We support practices with short, medium, and long-term placements, depending on their needs. This could include:

• Short-term cover for sickness, leave, or unexpected gaps

• Medium-term support during periods of change, growth, or recovery

• Longer-term locum roles while a practice recruits permanently

Assignments can be part-time or full-time and vary in scope and responsibility.

We are not looking for one specific background. We regularly work with locum professionals who have strengths across areas such as:

   Your application is assessed by one of the Locum PM directors.

3. Virtual call arranged
   A virtual call is arranged to discuss your application and to expand on how it works when working with Locum PM.

4. Membership agreed
   Your membership is then further reviewed by the directors to finalise your application.

5. Profile created
   Your membership profile is then created, including access to the Locum PM members’ area*.
